How the lab works
We keep it simple: talk to people, write down what we learn, and only build something when the same problem keeps showing up.
Listen
We talk to people, read what they publish, and pay attention to the parts of the job that keep causing trouble.
Write
We turn what we found into a short note that says something clear and useful.
Build
If the same problem keeps coming up, we try building a small tool for it.
